Troubleshoot:"FILL" dates and day of week on spreadsheets

"FILL" dates and day of week on spreadsheets

I produce daily spreadsheets (5) on my job, these spreadsheets must be completed for each day of the month.
My problem is that I must list the date and the day of the week on each spreadsheet.
How can I do this without going into each spreadsheet and manually
entering the date and day.
I know I can "fill" the date in columns, but I can't find anyway to do this for each spreadsheet.
